KCI offers popular business communication skills programs in a self-paced distance learning format via the internet. You may choose from:

These courses provide the same quality content and level of interactivity as the workshops, but they allow learners to take the course from anywhere in the world with an internet connection - home, office or on the road - anytime. This means great savings on travel expenses, trainer time, and employee time out of the office.

In addition to being economical, numerous students may be enrolled in a web-based course simultaneously. With no maximum enrollment and no minimum enrollment, web delivery is an excellent alternative when only one or two people need training.

These programs have been redesigned by an instructional technologist familiar with the original workshops to ensure user friendliness and learning effectiveness.

Administration Options

Option 1 is a completely self-paced version with no restrictions on completion:

• Learners have complete control over when and how they access information because all links are available at all times (nonlinear format) ) for one year.
• Exercises and answer keys are built-in for self-testing.
• No completion certificate is issued.

Option 2 is a self-paced version with gatekeeping functions that ensure student compliance:

• Learners have access to information at all times.
• Automated feedback is provided with each test submission, and test completion is recorded.
• Program can be set to an expiration date or allow access for up to one year.
• Learners receive a certificate upon successful completion of requirements.
