KCI's Executive Communication Skills program focuses on a variety of critical executive communication skills. The program is tailored to the needs of the participants, so participants may select the topics they want to cover in the program. Among the potential topics are: developing a clear and concise message, handling difficult conversations, persuasive speaking, clear and concise writing, and managing a question and answer session. Additional topics may include:

• Giving and receiving feedback
• Design and use of visual aids
• Verbal and nonverbal delivery
• Stress management
• Vocal delivery

This program is primarily facilitated by Dr. Steve Kanten, who as the President of KCI has over twenty-five years of business communication consulting experience.
