This program focuses on basic business writing skills, correct grammar, and proper word usage. Participants learn “Global Business English” skills. They are introduced to the POW writing process – a high-speed writing process used to Plan, Organize, and Write. They learn to use the PASS Template to organize their documents. They also apply a step-by-step process to revise their documents.
